Sr. Technical Business Analyst
Interact and work with programmer analysts, software engineers, management consultants and other professionals to design computer systems and procedures, and outline operations to assist management operations to meet business requirements needs; Gather and analyze data and develop solutions or methodologies/systems; Design, evaluate, and recommend changes; Prepare reporting.
Position requires Bachelor’s/equivalent in Business Administration, CIS, or related field and 5 years of experience including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, LMS_FICO, XML Data Models, HRIS Sync configurations, MDF Objects, MDF Lookup Tables, MDF Picklists, Cascading Picklists, Bizx, LMS, SCORM, AICC, IQ’s, OQ’s, PQ’s, VLMS, SAML, OpenID Connect, API Data Dictionary, DellBoomi, and Plateau. Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated US locations.

Project Management Specialist
Provide project management to ensure completion on time, within budget, and within scope of IT projects. Define project scope, duration, and resources. Responsible for project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting. Plan and coordinate work with teams and business resources. Lead and guide the work of technical staff.

Position requires Masters/ equivalent in CS, Computer Information Systems, or related field; and 1 year of IT experience including Pega PRPC, Kafka, Soap UI, Postman, REST, SOAP, Unix, Tracer, Clipboard, JAVA, C++, Jira, Oracle, Java API, and ServiceNow. Position requires travel / relocation to various unanticipated U.S. locations.
